Use this form to notify us unambiguously that you are withdrawing from an eligible order. The request is free and you do not need to give a reason.

Fresh truffles and other rapidly perishable foods are excluded from the withdrawal right. This does not remove your rights if a product is damaged, altered or non-conforming; contact the House immediately in that case.
