Use this form to notify us unambiguously that you are withdrawing from an eligible order. Notification is free and no reason is required. You may also send an unambiguous statement to Contact us.

Fresh truffles and other rapidly perishable foods fall within the exception in Article L. 221-28, paragraph 4, of the French Consumer Code. Leisure workshops booked for a specific date or period fall within the exception in paragraph 12. These exceptions are disclosed before purchase and do not remove your rights if goods or services fail to conform. A voucher without a booked date is not automatically excluded: the applicable rights depend on its terms and the law.
