Rates apply to one group booking, agreed dates and a single organiser. Ten places make a session private. Packages for 20 or 30 places run over two or three sessions of ten. Other group sizes or more than ten guests at once require a tailored quotation.
The date, meeting point, hosting language and rescheduling or cancellation terms are confirmed before booking. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Transport, accommodation and a full meal are not included.

Employer or staff committee contribution
The organiser chooses its contribution. For an €85 place, a €40 contribution leaves €45 for the employee; the total service price remains €85. Funding terms are determined by the organiser.
Individual gift places
The reference price is €99 per place. Available dates, validity and redemption terms are specified in the quotation. Organised-group package rates do not automatically apply to individual vouchers.
Share your group size and preferred period. A list of employees’ names is not needed. Truffles and bottles are optional purchases, separate from the workshop price.

Buy truffles harvested during your workshop
After the session, participants can buy truffles harvested and offered for sale that day at €900/kg including tax, up to 100 g per participant and subject to availability. Purchases are optional and separate from the workshop. Minimum truffle purchase: €50, excluding admission and delivery. Example: 60 g costs €54.
Hunting follows the season and maturity of Tuber melanosporum. Neither a find nor any quantity available to buy is guaranteed. The participant price applies only to that session’s harvest.

Two small wine tastings accompany the experience, with an alcohol-free alternative. Bottles to take home are sold separately at the estate’s prices. Available wines are presented when arranging your booking. Wine tasting and sales are for adults aged 18 and over.

Prices, booking and purchases: your questions
How much does a truffle workshop cost and how long does it last?
The workshop lasts three hours. Prices including tax are €99 per person for 1 to 5 places booked together, €89 for 6 to 9 and €85 for 10. Hunting, learning about truffles and tasting are included.
What packages are available to staff groups?
Twenty places cost €1,600 including tax across two sessions of ten. Thirty places cost €2,370 across three sessions of ten. Dates are agreed with the organiser before confirmation.
Are harvested truffles included in the ticket?
Truffle purchases are optional and separate. Truffles harvested during the session and offered for sale cost €900/kg including tax, up to 100 g per participant, with a minimum purchase of €50. The harvest and quantities are not guaranteed.
Can I order truffles online?
Yes, you can send an order enquiry online. Fresh truffles start at €1,200/kg including tax, subject to availability, with a €50 minimum excluding delivery. The lot, weight, price and delivery charge payable by you are confirmed before payment.
Can we taste and buy wine during the visit?
Yes, the programme includes two small tastings of Domaine Les Hermessaines wines and an alcohol-free alternative. Bottles are sold separately at the estate’s prices. Wine is for adults aged 18 and over.
