Before booking
State the number of people, preferred period and practical access needs. For a family, mention children's ages to check arrangements. For a group, explain whether everyone must attend together. A session accommodates up to ten people; larger groups need several sessions or specifically agreed arrangements.
Footwear, clothing and terrain
Hunting takes place outdoors on ground that may be uneven or damp. Wear closed shoes suited to this terrain and warm or waterproof clothing as needed. If walking is difficult, request access details before booking. Photographs cannot establish that the whole route is accessible.
On the day
Use the meeting point provided with your confirmation rather than an address in an old review. Arrive at the agreed time for the introduction. Follow the team and let the dogs work. The three hours include the welcome, discovery, search and tasting; search time depends on the day's conditions.
Tasting and optional purchases
Mention dietary requirements relevant to the tasting. Wine is for adults and an alcohol-free alternative is available. Truffles and bottles are paid for separately. Buying harvested truffles depends on availability and the offer's terms; plan your budget without assuming a guaranteed take-home weight.
Weather, language and confirmation
Check rescheduling and cancellation terms before confirming. The House confirms sessions it can provide; a seasonal calendar is not a booking. Also check the language actually offered on site. Our guides are multilingual, but this does not mean every workshop is hosted in every website language.
