Truffle season 2026–2027: when to buy and when to visit
The House plans fresh-truffle sales from mid-November to mid-March, depending on the harvest, with hunts until late March when conditions allow. Batch availability, workshop dates and market attendance are confirmed separately.

Winter pointers
For fresh truffles from our harvest, the sales reference runs from 15 November to 15 March, depending on what is harvested. Hunting may continue until late March according to maturity and ground conditions, so sales and visits do not end on exactly the same date. We gather our own harvest daily during the season. For a meal or visit, check the particular batch and date rather than relying on a season label alone.
Prepare a purchase enquiry
To buy directly from the House, tell us the date of your meal, the dish and the number of guests. We then describe the batch from our French harvest, its weight and receiving arrangements in a quotation. For a celebration or restaurant service, keep the menu flexible until availability is confirmed. An early enquiry does not automatically reserve a harvest.
Choose a hunting session
Three-hour workshops include the real search with dogs and tasting. Check offered dates or suggest a period for your group. Harvest is not guaranteed. Confirm the session, meeting point and rescheduling terms before committing to transport or accommodation.
Check market information
Before visiting Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux market, check the town’s calendar and then confirm our attendance. Market opening, House attendance and the batch offered are separate pieces of information. Plan the journey home with your purchase too: a market is a place to meet, but fresh truffles then need storage according to their batch instructions.
