Updated 13 September 2026. This website accepts enquiries and visit requests. No payments are collected online.
1. Purpose
These terms govern order requests submitted through latruffefrancaise.fr and sales subsequently confirmed between La Truffe française (MGCODB) and the customer. Contact: bonjour@latruffefrancaise.fr.
2. Prices
Prices vary weekly with the market and the harvest. Contact us for availability and the current price before your visit.
3. Orders
The form is used for enquiries or visit requests. Sending a message does not constitute a purchase or a confirmed booking. Availability, price and appointment are arranged directly with the House.
4. Payment
The website currently collects neither bank details nor payments. Available payment methods, the total price and any charges are communicated with the final summary. Preparation begins only after acceptance and payment, or under professional terms agreed in writing.
5. Collect at the estate
Truffles are collected by appointment in Drôme provençale. We do not ship truffles.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 4° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including fresh truffles. This exception does not affect the customer's rights if a product does not conform to the agreement.
7. Receipt and conformity
Customers should inspect the parcel as soon as it arrives. If a product is damaged, spoiled or non-conforming, they should contact the House as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, with the order number and photographs. Consumers retain all applicable statutory guarantees.
8. Personal data
Data needed for orders, delivery and customer service are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. They are not sold or resold.
9. Consumer mediation
Complaints must first be sent to bonjour@latruffefrancaise.fr. If no amicable agreement is reached, consumers may use the consumer mediator appointed by MGCODB free of charge; the mediator's details are provided before the sale is concluded and on request.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If no amicable agreement or mediated solution is reached, consumers may bring the matter before the competent court under the ordinary rules of jurisdiction.
