From Europe, the United States, China, Japan or elsewhere, arrange a fresh Tuber melanosporum black truffle purchase for collection by appointment in Suze-la-Rousse or receipt in mainland France. Your country of residence is separate from the receiving address: the House does not ship abroad.

For collection, suggest a date in Suze-la-Rousse. For delivery, give the postcode of the French address. If you are staying at accommodation, check that it accepts fresh-food parcels and provide a contact there.
Wait for a confirmed proposal
The quotation specifies the grower and batch origin, net weight, tax-inclusive price, charges and receiving date. Availability is confirmed before payment. An early enquiry does not reserve a harvest.
Receiving arrangements that fit your stay
Chronofresh parcels are sent to mainland France, subject to postcode, excluding Corsica and islands without a road link to the mainland. Arrange to receive the parcel and ask for the batch’s storage instructions. For collection, wait for your confirmed appointment and individually supplied meeting point before travelling.
A purchase to receive in France
We arrange handover of the batch in France. Collection does not confirm permission to take the truffles to another country. Overseas dispatch and customs formalities are not included in the order.

La Truffe française grows Tuber melanosporum black truffles and works with partner growers in southern Drôme and the Massif d’Uchaux. A proposed batch may come from our own harvest or a partner: its grower, origin and availability are specified before payment.
Questions about ordering from abroad
Can I arrange an order from the United States, Europe, China or Japan?
You can prepare a quotation enquiry from your country of residence for a purchase collected or received in France. State your country of residence separately from the French receiving address. The order depends on the confirmed batch and availability; it includes no overseas dispatch.
Can I receive truffles at my accommodation in France?
You may propose an accommodation address and postcode in mainland France. First check that the establishment can accept your fresh-food parcel. Service to the address, receiving contact, charges and date must be agreed for your order before payment; a hotel address does not guarantee delivery.
Does collection mean I can take the truffles to another country?
Collection in France does not confirm permission to carry truffles across a border. This offer includes neither international dispatch nor handling of customs formalities. It covers handover of the batch in France under the arrangements confirmed in the quotation.
