Where is the market?
The town lists place de l'Esplan and a usual season from mid-December to mid-March. Check the organiser for your season's dates and hours. General market information does not confirm our attendance every week. Contacting us beforehand helps prepare your visit and check what we can offer.
An organised retail market
The organising association explains that truffles are submitted to a committee before sale. Read its official presentation and ask on site about the market's specific commitments. For your own purchase, also ask for the batch's species, origin, weight and storage guidance.
Prepare questions for our stall
Tell us when you will cook, for how many people and what dish. We can discuss the useful weight and presentation. Bring your recipe if you are unsure about quantities. Restaurants should state volume and service date to distinguish a one-off purchase from a supply arrangement that needs planning.
Plan the rest of your day
After buying, follow the storage guidance supplied with your truffles and plan the journey back accordingly. If other visits follow, arrange suitable storage before purchasing. Our quantity and storage guides help you plan the meal from the start rather than improvising at the last minute.
Meet us or book a truffle hunt
Contact the House to confirm our next attendance and the truffles you are looking for. To see the dogs working in the grove, check our three-hour workshops and confirmed dates. Workshop booking and market purchasing are separate arrangements; we can help coordinate them.
